HMSA Tech Form
Fill it out and sign it BEFORE you get to the tech inspection at the track.
Every car competing in an HMSA event must pass tech inspection. A completed and and signed tech form must be on file with the tech stewards. Forms will be mailed to you with your entry acceptance. If you have misplaced your form you can download a copy here.
